I am a 2nd generation Realtor licensed in 2006. My career started at the start of the crash and learned most my real estate knowledge in the market that was the most challenging for any Real Estate agent to start their career. I had the pleasure of working mostly with first time and highly qualified buyers than in the housing boom.. I had the opportunity to learn how to sell homes for my cleints in a buyers market with financial challenges. With the volatility of the market back in 2006, I look to take my past experiences and to pass on that knowledge to the next generation of licensed Real Estate Agents. While imbuing the very essence of knowledge they seek to become a licensed Real Estate professional.

Kathleen’s start in the real estate industry was as a front office clerk at age eighteen. She trained as an assistant loan officer and worked her way up the ranks at a private mortgage company in San Jose, California. In 2001 Kathleen received her California Real Estate Salesperson License. Long hours of open houses, in-person loan applications, and loan signing services helped her create a list of to-dos for buyers, sellers, and the other agents she worked with to cover anything and everything that might be needed to make each process as smooth as possible. Kathleen found that she enjoyed training other agents as much as helping borrowers buy and refinance their homes. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Master of Science in Entertainment Business in 2017 from Full Sail University. She just graduated with an Ed.S. in Higher Education from Regent University and she is on track to graduate in 2023 with a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Regent University. To date, Kathleen has twenty years of experience in the real estate field, Twelve years in business management, and fifteen years as an educator.
