You will have access to an expert (instructor) in ALL of our licensing classes (CA real estate, TX real estate, and mortgage licensing)!

For CA real estate licensing classes, you can communicate in 2 ways!

• First, in your course dashboard, you’ll see a link to “email your instructor.”  This is our preferred way to help you.  By clarifying in writing what you have a question about it brings additional focus.  Our instructor will respond with 1 business day (usually faster)!
• Second, you can simply call us on Monday – Friday during business hours with your content-related questions and speak to one of our instructors.  The phone # to do this is 866-256-2930. If the line is busy we’re helping another student and will call you back ASAP!

For TX real estate licensing classes, again you have 2 options

• First, in your course dashboard, you’ll see a link to “email your instructor.”  This is our preferred way to help you.  By clarifying in writing what you have a question about it brings additional focus.  Our instructor will respond with 1 business day (usually faster)!
• Second, you will be enrolled in our series of webinars that are led by our expert instructors.  You can join as many of these as you like and ask your questions live!  We typically have 2-4 sessions per day.  You’ll receive an email notification for every single one.

For mortgage licensing courses:

• Your 18 hour and 20-hour content is “online instructor led.”  You’ll have the chance to ask your expert instructors questions every single day!
