If you’ve gone through the real estate course as indicated and taken the quizzes and practice exams that followed, you should have no trouble passing the final real estate exam with at least the minimum required score. You can also ask your instructor for help via the Forum or directly by email.

At the end of the course you will take the course final exam, which by law and/or state regulation you must pass with a minimum score in order to receive your certificate of completion.

If you happen to fail your first exam, you will have one additional attempt. If you fail the second attempt you will be subject to a reenrollment fee and required to start the coursework over.
