With the exception of Allied Schools’ Continuing Education courses, students are assigned to a member of the Instructional Support department at the time of enrollment. After enrollment, the Instructional Support staff member sends a welcome email to the student to introduce himself/herself and the available support services that he or she provides, as well as to provide alternative contact information should the Instructional support staff member not be available. Students who have questions about their course material and concepts, assignments, or other requirements are directed to their Instructional Support staff member or another appropriate member of the Instructional Support department.
